Event Details
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Big Pines - Gladewater Unit will host a 7v7 tournament on Saturday May 19, 2018. The event will be limited to 16 teams, first come, first served. Each team is $125 and includes the team jerseys. Jerseys are microfiber short sleeve t's with a maximum size of 4x. Rosters and shirt sizes turned in by April 14 will be guaranteed. Colors available are: Gold, Sand, Silver, Graphite, Black, Lime, Kelly, Royal, Columbia, Scarlet, Maroon, Athletic Orange, Purple, Safety Yellow, Safety Orange, and White
Teams can have a maximum of 10 players per roster with each player being at least 16 years old by May 8, 2018.
The event will be a single-elimination tournament with the first game starting at 9am. The 16 teams will be randomly seeded. The Club's official 7v7 rules will serve as a guideline.

The basics are as follows:
-This is touch football. Touch by the opponent with one hand, below the neck constitutes a ball handler as down.
-Each game starts on the hour on a half-field. Games are 40 minute total consisting of two 20 minute halves and a five minute halftime. The clock always runs and there are no time outs.
-A team has four seconds to get the ball over the line of scrimmage. The four seconds begins from the snap to the ball crossing the line.
-There are no running plays allowed, though screen passes are acceptable, as long as the four second rule above is recognized.
-The defense may not cross the line of scrimmage.
-The center does not have to snap the ball from between the legs and can strattle the ball and snap from a sideways position.
-All players are eligible receivers./p>
-The ball will start on the 45 yard line. Offenses will obtain a first down by crossing the 40 yard line, then the 20 yard line.
Registration
To register your team, please fill out the following form. Note that it is the form we use to register teams for 7v7 in our kid's league, so you don't really need fo fill out the grade or jersey number. Fill out your roster, please indicate your top three choices on the color of uniform as listed above in the event details, and fax it into our corporate offices 888-479-KIDS (5437) or give it to your favorite Gladewater Council Member.
If your color of choice has been taken (first come first served), the Club reserves the right to assign a color.

Remember that not only will we have a bunch of tshirts being sold, but EVERY SINGLE PLAYER will also get this T. But wait theres more... the $350 sponsors will have their banners transferred to our soccer fields and hang there during spring and fall soccer!
$250 Banner and T. Same as above, except the banner is used only at the Pig Bowl. We think its probably better to go $100 more for the extra exposure, but thats just us.
$100 Name on the T. We will put your name or your businesse's name on our wildly popular tshirt.
